Cirio legal advisor to Tink in its EUR 56 million financing round

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Swedish start-up Tink, in its recent EUR 56 million financing round.
The round was led by Insight Venture Partners, but existing owners Sunstone, SEB, Nordea Ventures and ABN AMRO Digital Impact Fund also participated. The new funds will mainly be used for international expansion.

Cirio’s team consisted mainly of Anders Moberg and Johanna Permatz.
