Cirio legal advisor to Nalka Invest on its acquisition of Best Transport

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Nalka Invest on its acquisition of Best Transport.

Best Transport is a leading supplier of time-critical logistics services including distribution, IT-logistics and last-mile home delivery to both consumers and the business-to-business market. Best has approximately 550 vehicles across its network and operates across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

The transaction was completed on 14 January 2020 and Cirio’s team consisted mainly of Peter Lilja, Josephine Gejard, Hanna Lekås, Dennis Hansson, Frida Karlsson and Jessika Lagebro.
