Cirio legal advisor to AB Sagax in the acquisition of 40 properties with an underlying value of MSEK 1,410

Cirio acted for AB Sagax in the acquisition of 40 Swedish properties by way of a share transfer from the Danish Stark Group. The underlying property value amounted to MSEK 1,410. The deal is a sale and leaseback transaction where Beijer Byggmaterial AB, a subsidiary to Stark Group, continues to lease the properties. The lease terms are 3-15 years, with an average lease term of 7 years.
