Cirio legal advisor in the divestment of BST Brandskyddsteamet AB and its subsidiaries (BST) to IK Small Cap II

Cirio acted as legal advisor to BST Norden Holding AB and the minority sellers on their divestment of BST Brandskyddsteamet AB and its subsidiaries (“BST”) to IK Small Cap II.

BST provides complete solutions for planning, installation, service and maintenance of all types of fire protection systems for governmental entities, organizations and companies. The reported revenues for financial year 2018 amount to nearly SEK 300 million and BST employs over 130 employees.

Closing is expected to take place in May 2019.
