Cirio advises Vestum in connection with its divestment of a portfolio of companies within its water segment

Cirio has advised Vestum AB (publ) (“Vestum”) and its subsidiary Lakers Group AB (publ) on its divestment of a portfolio of companies within Vestum’s water segment. The portfolio consists of 20 operative companies in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany, and the purchaser is the Nordic private equity company Equip Capital. The purchase price is SEK 326.5 million on a cash and debt free basis. The transaction is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2023 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
