Cirio advises OBOS in the divestment of a World Trade Center building in Karlskrona to the real estate company Trappan

Cirio acted as legal advisor to OBOS in the divestment of an office building in the new district Pottholmen in Karlskrona. The newly produced office building was established in 2020 and consists of approx. 6,604 sqm.

Cirio´s team consisted of Magnus Björkander, Joakim Blecher and Julia Majlund.
