Cirio advises Bantorget Egendom in the divestment of Örenäs Slott to ESS Group

Cirio acted for Bantorget Egendom in the divestment of the conference facility Örenäs Slott to ESS Group.

The facility located outside Landskrona is one of the largest conference facilities in Skåne. Closing of the transaction is scheduled to 1 October 2021.
