Cirio has advised on the acquisition of Bruno Mathsson International

Cirio acted as legal adviser to Norrstigen in connection with the acquisition of Bruno Mathsson International AB, including the financing of the acquisition.

The acquisition marks a new chapter for one of Sweden’s most well-known design companies, with strong roots in Swedish craftsmanship and design tradition.

Cirio’s team consisted of Carl Axel Morvay, Johanna Berggren Permatz, Olivia Wellgren and Clara Granlund.
