Cirio advises Aneo when expanding its Swedish business

Cirio has assisted Aneo in its acquisition of PNE Sverige AB, VKS Vindkraft Sverige AB and four dedicated project entities. The acquisitions mean that Aneo takes over an experienced development team consisting of employees and consultants, as well as a total project portfolio of more than 1,000 MW wind power and 100 MW solar power under development. The acquisitions also mean that Aneo expands its business within renewable energy in Sweden.

Cirio’s team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt, Zacharias Thyrén, Axel Siesjö, Anna Hellström, Leo Hano Eriksson and Alicia Lindholm.
