Carl Gustaf is a highly regarded and one of the most experienced M&A practitioners in Sweden and the Nordic region. He has long experience acting as legal advisor to several listed companies, banks and private equity companies and furthermore he has represented foreign companies in some of the largest transactions in the Nordic region. He also has considerable experience in advising clients in compliance and corporate investigations.

Carl Gustaf is head of the Asia Practice Group, and has extensive experience from advising Chinese, Japanese and other Asian companies in legal matters in the Nordic countries. He has also been working as senior advisors in the most reputable law firms in Japan and Indian, representing Nordic companies in transactions, compliance, and other legal and strategic matters in Asia.
