Cirio Law Firm’s Managing Partner publishes article about a new approach to contracts in Harvard Business Review with Nobel laureate Oliver Hart and thought leader Kate Vitasek
In a business world of increasing complexity and volatility, the need to establish and maintain long-term strategic commercial relationships with suppliers, customers, alliance partners, investors, entrepreneurs and others have never been bigger. In an article published in the Harvard Business Review under the title “A new approach to contracts”, Cirio’s managing partner David Frydlinger, 2016 Nobel laureate Oliver Hart and thought leader Kate Vitasek explain why a new approach to contracts is needed to face this need and challenge, called the formal relational contract. They also explain how such contracts are entered into, using a five-step process applied by an increasing number of companies over the world.
