Cirio has assisted Rusta with a revolving credit facility for refinancing purposes in connection with their IPO

Cirio has acted for Rusta AB (publ) in securing a debt financing of SEK 800 million with DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch and Danske Bank A/S as arrangers, DNB Sweden AB and Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige filial as original lenders and DNB Bank ASA as agent and security agent in connection with the listing of Rusta AB’s (publ) shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The first day of trading was 19 October 2023.
