Cirio has advised DFDS on the sale of three logistics properties located in Borås, Karlshamn and Vaggeryd to Nordisk Renting. The transaction was structured as a sale and leaseback deal. The properties are designed to meet the future needs of DFDS’ operations while adhering to high standards of sustainability and functionality.
