Cirio advises Vestum on a SEK 2 billion private placement

Cirio has advised Vestum AB (publ) in connection with a new share issue to Swedish and international institutional investors. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined through an accelerated book-building process. The company receives gross proceeds of approximately SEK 2 billion.

Part of the issue proceeds is intended to be used to finance the acquisition of Lakers Group Holding AB, announced by Vestum in connection with the directed share issue.

Vestum is a Swedish acquisition-driven company focused on acquiring and developing specialist companies within the construction services and infrastructure industries. Vestum is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Cirio advised Vestum with a team headed by Maria Arnoldsson, together with Jesper M. Johansson and Rebecka Tallberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
