Cirio advises Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB (publ) on a private placement

Cirio acts as legal adviser to Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB:s (publ) (”Scandinavian Biogas”) in connection with its directed share issue to Swedish and international institutional and professional investors through a private placement.

On 5 October 2022, the board of directors of Scandinavian Biogas resolved, subject to subsequent approval of an extraordinary general meeting, on a directed share issue of a total of 13,045,000 shares through two tranches. An extraordinary general meeting will be held on 27 October 2022. The company will receive a total gross proceeds of approximately SEK 326 million through the share issue. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process.

Scandinavian Biogas is a leading Nordic producer of biogas for vehicle fuel and fertilizer with facilities in Sweden, Norway and Korea. In 2021, the company delivered 366 GWh of energy.
