Cirio advises LEJE Fastigheter on the sale of a portfolio of 15 properties

Cirio Advokatbyrå has advised LEJE Fastigheter in connection with the sale of an extensive property portfolio comprising 15 properties to RYK GROUP AB. The transaction value amounts to approximately SEK 1.3 billion.

The portfolio comprises more than 46,000 sqm of lettable area and consists of high-quality light industrial properties located in metropolitan areas, including 13 properties in Stockholm and two in Gothenburg. All buildings have been developed by LEJE Fastigheter and are characterised by a high technical standard and a high degree of digitalisation.

Completion is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2026.
