Cirio advises Freja eID in connection with its directed new share issue and the raising of a loan

Cirio has acted as legal adviser to Freja eID Group AB (publ) in connection with its directed new share issue of 2 640 972 shares through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure and the raising of a loan.

The net proceeds from the directed new share issue and the loan are intended to strengthen the company’s working capital to continue generating high sales growth.

Freja eID Group AB (publ) develops products and services for digital identification. The business consists of the internationally scalable e-identification solution, Freja eID, as well as secure fulfilment services. The company has offices in Sweden and Serbia. Freja eID Group is listed on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm.
