Cirio recruits Emma Dansbo as partner and head of its Digital Synergy Group

Cirio continues to strengthen and invest in its transaction services and within the area of digital transformation. Emma Dansbo has now been recruited and effective January 1, 2021 she will join Cirio as a partner and assume responsibility for Cirio’s digital synergy group.

We are convinced that her experience and solid knowledge, not a least within the transaction area, and her experience from digital issues, will further strengthen our offerings. Emma, who joins Cirio from Delphi law firm, has extensive experience from working with transactions and possesses a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with the digital transitions. She assists innovative companies within the technology sector in transaction-related matters, including fund raising and M&A. Emma has more than 10 years of experience in representing venture capital funds and other parties investing in early and growth stage companies. Her previous work also includes advising on commercial agreements and shareholder issues.
