Cirio announces that Fredrik Morfeldt has been elected partner with effect from 1 January 2023

Cirio Advokatbyrå AB is proud to announce that Fredrik Morfeldt has been elected partner at Cirio with effect from 1 January 2023.

Fredrik joined the firm in 2015 and is a member of Cirio’s mergers & acquisitions practice group, where he focuses on Swedish and international corporate transactions, particularly in the energy, industry and infrastructure sectors. Fredrik’s promotion to partner is a testament to Cirio’s top-tier work within, not least, the renewable energy sector, where the Cirio team continues to advice on many of the most demanding and complicated transactions.

Fredrik is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds an LL.M. from Stockholm University.
