Cirio advises Freja eID Group AB (publ) on a private placement

Cirio advises Freja eID Group AB (publ) in connection with a new share issue to Swedish and international institutional investors through a private placement.

On 11 May 2021, the board of directors resolved on the directed issue authorised by the annual general meeting held on 6 May 2021. The company received gross proceeds of approximately SEK 70 million through the share issue. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process.
