Cirio advises Fortnox in connection with its list change to Nasdaq Stockholm

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Fortnox AB (publ) in connection with its list change from NGM Nordic SME to Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market. A prospectus was published on 31 March 2022 and the first day of trading in Fortnox’ shares on Nasdaq Stockholm is today, 13 April 2022.

Fortnox is an enterprise platform that connects people, businesses and organisations. The company helps businesses start, grow and develop. With smart technical products, solutions and services, and the ability to connect them with hundreds of external parties, Fortnox is a hub for entrepreneurship in Sweden.

Cirio’s team was headed by Maria Arnoldsson (Capital Markets and Public M&A) together with primarily Anja Nousiainen Hult (Capital Markets and Public M&A), Sara Hovstadius, Josefine Lundström and Ina Laurell (Strategic contracts) and Niklas Sinander (Banking and Finance).
