Carl Gustaf is highly regarded as one of the most experienced M&A practitioners in Sweden and the Nordic region. He has substantial experience acting as legal advisor to several listed companies, banks and private equity companies and has represented foreign companies in some of the largest transactions in the Nordic region. In addition, he is practiced in advising clients on compliance matters and corporate investigations.
Carl Gustaf is head of the Asia Practice Group, and has derived significant insight from advising Chinese, Japanese and other Asian companies on legal matters in Nordic jurisdictions. He has also been engaged as a senior advisor by the most reputable law firms in Japan and India as well as representing Nordic companies in transactions, compliance matters, and other legal and strategic matters in Asia.
