Cirio acting for KDventures AB (publ) in connection with directed share issue

Cirio acts as legal adviser to KDventures AB (publ) (“KDventures“) in connection with a directed share issue. The issue was carried out through a so-called accelerated book building procedure. The share issue was subscribed for by a number of Swedish and international professional and institutional investors. The proceeds from the issue will be used to finance KDventures’ acquisition of Rosetta Capital IV Sàrl’s shares in KDev Investments AB.

KDventures is a Nordic investment company within life science listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Cirio acts for KDventures with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Louise Åberg and Julia Alander (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
